Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING & HANDELLING: Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped by UPS Ground within the Continental US, with average delivery time of 3-5 business days. Please contact us for assistance if you live in Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, have an APO or FPO address, or live in a foreign country.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Call (770) 926-7377 for a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Include proof of purchase and return product within 10 business days from date RA Number was issued. Returned parts and bikes must be in original packaging. A 25% re-stocking fee is applied to all sales returns, exchanges or order cancellations.

INELIGIBLE RETURNS: Modified bikes, parts or products, or products that have been installed and removed, or damaged from mishandling or incorrect installation, cannot be returned for refund or credit.

PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY: We design some of the best BMX racing products available. But not everything that we make may be compatible with every other BMX product. Please check with your local BMX dealer or qualified mechanic, call us if you need more product information, or see our Technical FAQ.

PRODUCT WARRANTY FOR EVOLUTION BIKE CO. FRAMES AND PARTS:EVOLUTION BIKE CO.:
Pro and Mini Frames are covered by a two-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from date of original purchase.

WARRANTY RETURNS: Products returned under warranty are subject to inspection and direct or equivalent replacement, repair or credit as the Warranty Department sees fit. Replacement time can be from one business day up to receipt of appropriate replacement product to remedy a specific warranty replacement. Products claimed for warranty must be received first before replacements can be issued. Replacements are shipped Standard UPS Ground at no charge.

EXPEDITED REPLACEMENT: Any warranty product that needs to be replaced before it can be sent will be processed as a regular sales order with the customer’s valid credit card. The customer’s account will be credited upon receipt of the warranty product. Any required freight above Standard UPS Ground will be charged to the customer’s credit card.

ORDER SHORTAGES/MIS-SHIPS:Call us immediately to report the shortage or mis-ship in your order. A replacement, refund and/or UPS call tag will be issued to correct your order and shipped at no charge. SHIPPING DAMAGE Inspect your order carefully upon receipt. Any damage to your order during shipping must be reported immediately to the carrier to make your claim.

PROOF OF PURCHASE: Your invoice and credit card receipt are your proof of purchase for any EVOLUTION BIKE CO,bike, frame or product. It is valid one year from date of purchase. Keep your proof of purchase in a safe place and do not lose it, because copies cannot be issued.
